GELDELIJKE DONATIES VOOR CURAÇAO
Het initiatief om geld in te zamelen voor de slachtoffers van de zware wateroverlast op Curaçao, als gevolg van de tropische storm Tomas, wordt door vele landelijke en locale organisaties ondersteund.
Na overleg met het Rode Kruis Curaçao en het Nederlandse Rode Kruis is de volgende girorekening (Giro 881) ter beschikking gesteld, om geldelijke donaties te doen t.b.v. Curaçao:

I cannot believe what I am seeing. Unbelievable. Zo te zien zullen heleboel zaken ontzettend veel schade hebben. Great pictures btw. Still trying to figure out where some of the pics were taken. And to think that it wasn’t even a hurricane!

I cant beleive this is Curacao .We are living in the last day’s anything and everything is possible .We just have to watch and pray..
Bendishon, cause it could have been MUCH worse. Last days indeed. Islands will fade away …
Unbelievable, How could the government publish in the paper (Antilliaans Dagblad) that they were ready for Hurricane Tomas, but yet were completely helpless against 30% of the T-Storm Tomas…

Wow ! Met deze geweldige foto’s en TV8 opnames is het weg met ongelovige Tomas. Thanks for sharing. Onvoorstel- en onvoorspelbaar, maar harde realiteit. Vooral wanneer je vandaag de dag de “ocean venues” weer zonder water ziet. Een geluk dat Tomas niet is gaan winden, want dan waren we bij Robby terecht gekomen, lew foi kas. Ik plaats deze gebeurtenis onder de categorie waarschuwing and improvement needed. Succes en sterkte met de werkzaamheden aan een ieder die schade heeft geleden.

Well, little by little the hole world will fill the effects of the changing climate on mother earth. It is unpredictable.
Some people will see it as bad and terrible and others that’s more conscious of the situation in this reality will embrace and accept it as it is. All the natural disasters that are happening now have to happen to make mankind conscious of life and the reality they live in.
We are living in an materialistic world and the consequents is that we are forgetting that the earth is a living organism that we have to live with and respect.
We are living in very interesting times at the moment and I am glade that I can experience it. The hole system that we are living in is in a change process.
The best thing that you have to do is follow your hart and go with the flow. Keep in the middle of the river and don’t look backwards.
Try helping the ones that you encounter underway.
A island as Curacao will be best off after a disaster because the population have enough space for a plantation then at example Holland.
If a disaster have to happen here in Holland we are in big trouble because we are dependent of every thing, especially food (super market).
I am busy with a project to make the population conscious of the situation in the world and how to prepare for the changes that are coming and how to care for your self. It have to do with self sustaining village.
A tip to every one is:
Began to save seeds, pits to plant for the difficult times. The most important things are that you have food and water.

Heel erg wat er op mijn dushi Korsou gebeurd. Ik hoop dat de juiste hulp eraan komt. Vooral ook voor de mensen met weinig geld die alles kwijt zijn geraakt door waterschade. Ik heb tot mijn 14de op Korsou gewoond en ik heb nooit zo veel water gezien.
Waar ik KOTSMISSELIJK! van wordt zijn de mensen die dit alles betrekken op de bijbel. Bij alle rampen, ongelukken of whatever zeggen ze dat het in de bijbel staat. In plaats daarvan kunnen jullie maar beter opstaan en op Korsou iets gaan DOEN. Als het goed gaat op Korsou hoor en lees je nergens dat de bijbel dat zegt. Geen wonder dat mensen bang worden. Jullie moesten eens weten hoe het komt dat voor jullie nu de bijbel het heilige boek is. Het werd bij onze voorouders ingeramd. Op een ergere manier dan de toestand op Korsou nu.
Onze voorouders geloofden in de kracht van de natuur. En ja, aangestuurd door een Opperkracht. Of het god is weet niemand. Onze voorouders geloofden dat de natuur zichzelf moet blijven vernieuwen. Mensen bevolken de hele wereld en daardoor worden ze de slachtoffers van deze natuurverschijnselen. Het heeft niks te maken met de bijbel of dat het einde nabij is. Heb tenminste een beetje respect voor de mensen die het nu moeilijk hebben. Ik dien geen god die mensen dood laat gaan, omdat ze anderen aan het helpen waren. Sorry!
Als ik op dit moment geld had om naar Korsou te gaan om te helpen had ik het gedaan. Wat ik nu kan doen is het beetje wat ik heb delen. De god waarin ik geloof zou zeggen: je leeft in het hier en nu en je doet je best om je medemens te helpen in tijd van nood.
After I have seen these pictures of the flooding in Curacao, which was forwarded by a friend to me, I am really shocked.
It has been incredible to see the delay, for many in receiving the needed help. I have not see any large pumps in the streets to at least pump the water of of some of the buildings or homes.
Many years agao, when HOlland ahd the “watersnood” where Holland was underwater, much money was collected and donations received in large quantities, and was forwarded to Holland.
Today it is the opposite situation, where Holland and the government in Holland, should stick their fingers out and help!!!! I remember when Hurricane stuck St. Maarten a few years ago, the next day, huge Russian transport Aircraft were parked at the Curacao Aiport, bringing all kinds of needed supply goods for St. Maarten, a large hospital etc. etc. (The airfraft could not land in St. Maarten).
Today it is Curacao, let’s give a hand and send the needed help and support to the island of Curacao.

Ik vraag me af waar de foto’s over de drijvende koelkasten en banken en bedden en noem maar op van de mensen van Coral Specht blijven, dit lijkt erop alsof de BEVOLKING geen schade had geleden, maar alleen de bedrijven !!!!
